Available to any adults (both male and female) over 16 years old.

O2 Touch sessions will last for 60 - 75 minutes.

All playing equipment is provided but please wear suitable footwear and sports kit for the conditions and bring water bottles.

Join us afterwards for a cool down and refreshments in The Clubhouse
